Warranty and Returns

All Mods have a 90 day warranty - During this period we will replace or repair the product free of charge if it is assessed as faulty. This does not cover: paint wear, liquid ingress, devices used with non compatible batteries or devices with drop marks or dents.

Before returning a product please contact us first and perform any software updates (if applicable). We will send a prepaid postage label via email or arrange to have the product collected from you. If the fault is deemed as user error ie liquid ingress or the device has obviously been dropped or damaged by the user a charge will apply for the repair (we make no profit on repairs).

If your device is out of this 90 day period please contact us and we will try and sort it out at the lowest possible price to you. As stated before we make no profit from repairs and will always do our best to keep you vaping!

All tanks have the same warranty, but due to hygiene reasons can only be returned if they are faulty ie manufacturing error. If the fault is a specific part ie faulty O-Ring,  RBA or coil then the faulty parts will be replaced only.
