Description
The DotShell is a dedicated RBA for the dotAIO by Dotmod. Based on the VapeShell, yet taking quite some steps forward, the DotShell introduces all features of RBAs to the world of AIO devices. The DotShell utilises the top part of dotAIO’s stock reservoir and incorporates an adaptation of dotAIO RBA’s AFC system, with real time access to further customise the air flow under the coil.
The optional purchase of the MTL Air Flow Pin Kit allows a true MTL experience, extra precise and with no need of AFC Ring adjustment.

I’ve had the original Dotaio rba since it came out and was never quite happy with it. It’s fiddly to build on, leaks quite easily, reduces your tank capacity and I wasn’t able to get a satisfying MTL vape out of it due to the wide airflow. This fixes all of these problems with the added benefit of being able to rebuild without having to drain the tank! With the optional airflow pin set you can get about the tightest most flavourful MTL vape you could ever want, right up to a pretty cloudy, loose DTL. Overall it’s completely transformed my Dotaio from a sort of neat, if temperamental, rebuildable AIO into a total Billet Box killer! Pricey but worth it.

sturdy well built little thing, easy to build, haven’t measured but looks like leaves more space for juice than the coil options. all the coils are good but this is better if you’re a builder and stock airflow seems a bit more open than the coils which suits me. love it.

If you want to get the very best out of your DOT AIO then this is it. I think the standard coils are good, the DOT RBA is very good and the Dotshell is excellent. The combination of the DOT AIO and the Dotshell provides a high quality vape in a small portable device. Machining, fit and finish is exemplary as expected from Atmizoo.

Easy to place the coil
So easy to wick (less cotton is more)
Flavour is great
Never leaks, only small condensation but that isn’t the dotshell issue that’s more to do with the way the dotaio is designed.
I only vape mtl so with the optional 1.2mm airpin I get a very satisfying vape.
